LEGAL INFORMATION

The User will be responsible for:
-Maintaining the confidentiality of the Keys that are provided, if applicable.
-Provide correct information to the Open House Medical Center, any error in the data provided will be your sole responsibility. In the same way, the User will be responsible for keeping all the information that has been provided to Open House updated, so that it responds, at all times, to the real situation of the User.
-Damages and damages that may be caused to Open House or to third parties due to the data provided, as a result of the use of data that is not updated, false or that does not correspond to reality and due to the use by third parties of the User's personal passwords.
-In the event that the User obtains a copy of his clinical data, he will be solely and exclusively responsible for the use and custody of said information.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The design , images, labels, distinctive signs, trade names, brands, logos, products and services, etc. that the Web contains are protected by the Intellectual Property Law and are the property of Open House, without it being understood that the use or access to the Web Portal and/or the services that are provided in it, attributes to the User any right over the aforementioned design, images, labels, distinctive signs, trade name, brands, logos, products and services.
Likewise, the Web, its source code and the contents that are accessed through this site are the Intellectual Property of Open House and/or third parties, without being understood as assigned to the User in any case.
