How to return your test kit

You have multiple options for returning your Open House sample collection kit:

Option 1 - Deposit your kit(s) at a UPS collection point:

It is the fastest and most flexible to return your samples as soon as possible to our laboratory. In your kit you will find a return envelope with a pre-printed label, you just have to deposit the package at any UPS collection point, we take care of everything else.

Option 2 - Send us an email to organise a collection:

Send us an email at [email protected] to organise a collection at your home or at any other address (only in the Spanish peninsula and the Balearic Islands) with the following information:

Name
Address of the collection, including the city and postal code
Tracking number of the return envelope
Contact telephone number
The day (and times) when you will be available for the courier to collect

Important note: The courier advises that the requested collection times are not 100% guaranteed, the collection of your order could be up to 21:00 on the requested day .

If there is any issue with the collection, write to us at [email protected] indicating your order number and contact telephone number and the Open House customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.
