Right of withdrawal

Online tests: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and thus receive a refund of your purchase. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the email confirmation of your purchase. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an explicit declaration (e.g. by letter or e-mail) so that we can withdraw from the contract. You may also use the European model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.

Video medical consultation: If you have not yet booked your appointment, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days and receive a refund of your purchase. In case you have already booked an appointment, you have the right to cancel the contract up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

in which you indicate that you wish to withdraw from the contracted online service. Please mention your order number to speed up processing.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

If you have already received your sample collection kit, you must return it in the same conditions, with the seal intact, to Centro Médico Open House, Calle Grabador Esteve 26, 46004 Valencia, Spain.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you decide to return your order, we will issue the refund immediately upon receipt of the kit at our facility, less shipping costs for one-way shipping and, in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

If you return only part of your order or do not return your sampling kit, the cost of the unreturned components will also be deducted.

We will refund your payment via the same payment method you used to make the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the sample collection kits to us without delay, in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The costs of returning the products are at your expense. You cannot return the kit if the seal has been broken, for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

If you request the cancellation or rescheduling of our remote services outside the indicated deadlines, Open House reserves the right not to accept such request, and no refund or alternative appointment for the contracted services will be made.
