Buying and shipping your order
Have you decided which online STI tests you are going to purchase? We need certain information to process your order, such as your name, address, email, and phone number. When ordering, choose the address where you want to receive your kit.
At Open House you can pay online in a 100% secure way with different methods such as bank card, Pay Pal or Apple Pay.
No matter how you pay, the name of Open House will never appear on the statement, but instead will appear as CM OH.
We will process your order immediately after payment has been received.
Our distribution centre guarantees that in In most cases you will receive your sample collection kit the next business day if you place your order before 5:00 p.m.
After you have completed your order, you will receive two emails. The first is an order confirmation. The second is an email with a tracking code that allows you to track the delivery of your package.
We fully respect your privacy and handle your personal data with the utmost confidentiality. Therefore, we will never share data with third parties without your express consent.

Shipment of kits within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands
The prices of the products in our online store include shipping costs. You will receive a tracking code with which you can track the delivery in real time.
You will receive your order the next business day if you have submitted it before 4:00 p.m. Orders placed after that time will be delivered two business days later. Unfortunately, our courier does not guarantee delivery times to remote locations.
If you’re not home when the courier arrives, your order will be left at the nearest collection point. This information will be visible using your tracking code.
Sending the sample to the laboratory
All samples taken will be sent to the laboratory free of charge. For this, you will find a specific envelope with a pre-printed label in your sample collection kit.
