Buying and shipping your order
Have you decided which online STI tests you’re going to take? We require certain information to process your order, such as your name, address, email, and phone number. When placing your order, choose the address where you’d like to receive your kit.
At Open House, you can pay online 100% securely using various payment methods such as bank card, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Regardless of how you pay, “Open House” will never appear on your statement; instead, it will show as “CM OH.”
We will process your order immediately after payment has been received.
Thanks to our distribution centre, in most cases, you will receive your sample collection kit within 24-48 hours if you place your order before 4:00 pm.
After completing your order, you will receive three emails. The first is an order confirmation. The second is an invitation to register on our Patient Portal, where you can access your results and find useful information to help you make the best decisions regarding your sexual health. The third email will come from our courier service, and by clicking on “Manage My Delivery,” you can perform several functions, including:
• Checking if your order is out for delivery.
• Adding your delivery to “Active Follow-Ups.”
• Suggesting a new delivery date.
• Providing additional instructions for the courier.
• Requesting delivery to a neighbour or concierge.
• Requesting to collect your parcel at a convenience point (“Parcel Shop”).
We fully respect your privacy and handle your personal data with the utmost confidentiality. Therefore, we will never share your information with third parties without your express consent.

Delivery of Kits within the Iberian Peninsula
The prices of the products in our online shop include shipping costs. You will receive an email allowing you to track your delivery in real time.
You will receive your order within 24-48 working hours if it is processed before 4:00 pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 24-72 working hours. Unfortunately, our courier service cannot guarantee delivery times to remote locations.
Not at home when the courier arrives? They will contact you again to schedule a second delivery attempt. If you are not at the indicated address during the second attempt, they will call us to determine the next steps. We will contact you to find out if you would like them to make a third attempt or deposit it at a GLS Parcel Shop.
Sending the sample to the laboratory
All collected samples will be sent to the laboratory free of charge. To facilitate this, you will find a specific envelope with a pre-printed label included in your sample collection kit.
