Get Your Results
Your samples will arrive at our laboratory within 24–48 working hours. We’ll share your results with you as soon as they’re available. If you test positive for any infection, you can request a medical consultation to receive treatment.

Hace unos meses me dieron el susto de mi vida, y en los primeros análisis de chequeo con motivo de mi segundo embarazo, di positivo en VIH. Era técnicamente imposible y en el centro de salud me dijeron que la confirmación tardaría 10 días, tiempo que obviamente no podía esperar, asique busqué en Google una clínica con buenas reseñas y que me diera confianza y bendito momento en que contacte con Open House! Desde el primer momento me tranquilizaron y me dijeron que era muy probable que se tratara de un error; al día siguiente fui a la clínica, sin cita previa, muerta de miedo y aunque ese día las chicas del centro no entraban hasta las 12, hicieron lo imposible para llegar antes porque yo estaba allí y a las 11 ya me estaban haciendo la extracción. Finalmente quedó todo en un susto, y tal como ellas me aseguraban, había sido un error... A los dos días me llamaron del centro de salud para decirme lo mismo, y dos meses más tarde, de nuevo otra confirmacion en la que salía negativo. Estaré siempre agradecida a Bea, la chica que me atendió desde el primer minuto vía whatssap, por teléfono y la que hizo posible que me atendieran en el centro antes de tiempo. Gracias por tranquilizarme, por hablar conmigo, por explicarme bien las cosas, a pesar de lo duro del momento, fuiste un apoyo incondicional, y eso no está pagado, de verdad. Gracias de nuevo a las chicas de la clínica de Madrid por atenderme, pero sobre todo a Bea, quien se queda un trocito de mi corazón y formara parte siempre de la anécdota de mi embarazo. ❤

Súper clean, nice, and professional. The prices are high, but in my opinion, worth it, especially when it comes to consultation. Dra. Julieta Córdoba is amazing. Was the first doctor I've had in Spain who actually cared about me as a patient, not just a body to move though the system/a test. She listened, didn't rush me or discount me, and had near perfect English (this was not advertized I dont think, but was such a relief). She also had significantly more accurate medical knowledge than my gyno. 10/10

Estoy más que contento con esta clínica.
Está muy bien situada, a dos minutos de la estación de Atocha. Desde que entras todo el personal es amable, servicial, eficiente y muy rápido en su trabajo. Los precios son bastante competentes (me hice una prueba de antígenos para viajar). Me mandaron los resultados en menos de 20 minutos y aparte me los dieron impresos allí mismo. La clínica está muy limpia y es acogedora.

Daniel was very very helpful, although they were booked totally he talked to the technician to find a way to get me and my husband in for a PCR test. If it wasn't for his help we would have problem going back to U.S. since we needed a test 24 hours prior to our flight.
I appreciate their help and the fact that they were busy but still acted friendly and nice.
Totally recommend this place.

How does the sample collection service work?
First, you need to contact our team to define the necessary tests, either through a phone call or a remote medical consultation.
Then, we’ll schedule an appointment for you at the nearest partner center. On the agreed date and time, you’ll go to the center for sample collection, which will then be sent to our laboratory for analysis. The results will be available within 24 to 48 working hours in the Patient Portal.
Where are the sample collection points located?
We have a network of partner centers in various provinces. You can view them in the main menu of our website, or contact us and we’ll let you know the closest location to you.
Is it necessary to make an appointment in advance?
Yes, once the tests are defined, an appointment will be scheduled that best suits your needs. Depending on the partner center, the appointment may be immediate.
How long do the results take?
The delivery time varies depending on the selected tests, but in general, results for urgent service tests will be available within a maximum of 2 hours from the time we receive the sample in our laboratory, and standard service tests will be available within 24 to 72 business hours from the time we receive your sample.
How will I receive my results?
The results will be available in your Patient Portal profile, where you can securely access them. You will also receive a notification when they are ready.
What tests can I take?
We offer comprehensive STI testing tailored to your needs. The selection of tests will depend on the type of practices you engage in or the risk exposure you have had.
At our sample collection points (SCP), you can access all the tests available in our physical clinics, including screening for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, mycoplasmas, ureaplasmas, HPV, hepatitis B and C, among others. If you are unsure which tests are most suitable for you, our team can provide guidance.
Is the service reliable? What is the difference between the tests performed in the clinics?
If you carefully follow our instructions and adhere to the indicated window period, the result you will receive is highly reliable. The only difference between our services is that by going to a sample collection point, you will avoid traveling to our physical clinics and can visit a partner center closer to you, in your own province.
How do I make the payment?
The payment process is very simple. Once the tests you want to take are defined, we will send you a secure payment link through Stripe. You can complete the payment quickly and conveniently with your card.
As an exception, payment via bank transfer will also be possible.
Can I modify or cancel my appointment?
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date based on the availability of the partner center.
Who performs the sample collection?
Most samples are self-collected, meaning the staff at the partner center will explain in detail how to proceed, and you will be the one to collect the samples, except for blood draws, which are performed by trained healthcare personnel.
In your user profile on the Open House Patient Portal, you will also have access to explanatory videos and protocols that provide detailed information on how the sample collection process will work.
What happens if my result is positive?
If your result is positive, we offer a follow-up consultation with our medical team to assess the appropriate treatment, including the possibility of remote treatment for oral medications, providing you with a prescription, or evaluating in-person treatment at partner centers that offer this service for injectable treatments.
