Test Packages: Open Plans and Consultations on STIs

At Open House we offer you test packages for the main infections according to which sexual practices you have participated in. Our state-of-the-art tests offer unbeatable sensitivity, speed, and accuracy, providing a full check-up in a maximum of 2 hours with our urgent PCR system, or between 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of samples at our central laboratory or via the online testing service.

Our services and prices

STI specialised medical consultations

The medical team at Open House has specialised training in all STIs, their symptoms, manifestations, the best way to diagnose them and their appropriate management, treatment and follow-up.

Our medical team will answer all your questions, inform you about the relevant tests according to your case and will follow up with you once the results are available, administering treatment if necessary, all in the same visit.

Face-to-face medical consultation specialised in STIs: 50€.

Open Plan STD 11, our complete panel (from €165)

We look for the 11 main infections: serologies (blood tests) for HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B and C (results in 30 minutes) and Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, Trichomonas, Ureaplasma parvum and urealyticum, Mycoplasma genitalium and hominis by PCR (results between 1 to 3 days).

f you want to carry out a full STI testing, this plan is designed for you. You can choose to receive results within 1 to 3 working days (€165) or opt for urgent results in a maximum of 2 hours (€240).

Open Plan STD 7, urethral or vaginal symptoms (from €130)

This panel detects STIs that can cause symptoms in the genital area of men (urine sample) or women (vaginal swab), all using the PCR technique: Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, Trichomonas, Ureaplasma parvum and urealyticum, Mycoplasma genitalium and hominis.

If you’re experiencing discomfort in the genital area and prefer not to undergo blood tests, this is the ideal plan for you. You can choose to receive results within 1 to 3 working days (€130) or opt for urgent results in a maximum of 2 hours (€190).

Open Plan 5, vaginal or anal sex (from €140)

We test for the five main infections that can be contracted through unprotected penetrative sex: HIV and Syphilis (via serology), and Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, and Mycoplasma genitalium (via PCR). The final price of the package will depend on the HIV test selected and the total number of tests for gonorrhoea, chlamydia, and mycoplasma genitalium (covering genital, throat, or rectal areas).

With our urgent service, you can get your STI tests done and receive your results in a maximum of 2 hours (from €230) – avoid unnecessary waiting! If you don’t require urgent results, this package is also available with results in 1 to 3 working days (from €140).

Open Plan Oral Sex (from €150)

We look for the 3 infections you can get from giving or receiving unprotected oral sex: Syphilis (serology – blood test) and Gonorrhoea and Chlamydia (PCR). The final price of the package depends on the total number of tests for gonorrhoea and chlamydia (we can sample in the genitals, throat or both).

With our urgent service, you can take your STI tests and receive your results in a maximum of 2 hours (from €150). If it’s less urgent, our standard service provides results within 1 to 3 working days (from €120).

Open Plan Asymptomatic Bacteria (results in 2 hrs or from 1 to 3 days): From €110

In this plan, we test for the main bacterial infections that cannot be detected through blood tests and may not show any symptoms: Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, and Mycoplasma Genitalium, using the PCR technique. These tests can be taken one week after the potential exposure you wish to check.

The final price of the package depends on the total number of tests for gonorrhoea, chlamydia, and mycoplasma genitalium (across genital, throat, and/or rectal areas), and whether you choose urgent results within a maximum of 2 hours or standard results within 1 to 3 working days.

Add-ons to Open Plans

At Open House we offer our patients a personalised service, you can tailor your Open Plans to suit your needs, adding HIV tests with a shorter window period, tests for VPH, tests for hepatitis B or C and gonorrhoea, chlamydia and mycoplasma genitalium, and/or add in tests in other areas (including the genitals, throat or rectum).
