Each have received intensive training in their field and have been selected for their ability to offer dignified and intimate patient consultations, clinically accurate assessments and above all to meet the high quality standards of Open House.
Medical team
Dr. Atef Souied
Atef is a Doctor who has developed his career in the field of STIs at Open House since 2011. His professional treatment and clear and precise explanations are the highlight of his consultations, directly communicating all the information the patient needs to make the right decision about their tests. Due to his experience and distinguished treatment of patients, Dr. Atef Souied has been appointed Medical Director of Open House.
He is also a specialist and has extensive experience in comprehensive care for drug addicts, being also the Medical Director of CAID North of Madrid for more than 5 years.

Dra. Julieta Domingorena
Julieta is a young and highly motivated doctor, with extensive training in the field of STIs. It is worth noting her closeness, her precision when addressing the assigned clinical cases and her exemplary treatment of the patient. Julieta has joined the Open House Madrid medical team in 2020.
She has developed her professional career in the field of STIs and providing health care to disadvantaged people at risk of social exclusion.

Directors and Management
Pablo Fernández
Pablo began his career at Open House in 2009 as Head of Clinical Analyses. His excellent performance saw him promoted to Manager of the Centre three years later, assuming new responsibilities including internal quality controls, training of new employees, team management and institutional representation of the company.
In 2019 he was appointed as a Director. During the next 2 years, he drove the growth of the Company and opted for a more innovative business model, bringing the Open House philosophy and its dedication to Sexual Health to more geographical areas. This gave rise to the expansion of further Clinics in the south of Europe, and Pablo becoming the General Director of the organisation.
His strategic planning, decision-making, and close links with clinical and business institutions, allows him to identify priorities and establish new opportunities, whilst maintaining very high quality standards and taking care of all aspects that can influence our patients.
Pablo's passion for offering the best patient care and for taking care of every detail in his visits to our centres, makes him work relentlessly to develop new models that can improve the healthcare offered by Open House.
Beatriz Egido
Bea joined Open House in 2020 as a Project Manager to develop and fulfil the Company's ambitious growth and expansion plan in southern Europe.
Her extensive management experience within the healthcare sector made her the Manager of the main headquarters of Open House in Madrid. Her academic and professional background makes her unparalleled in communicating empathically with people. The words diligence and commitment perfectly define Bea, and she is undoubtedly a great ambassador of Open House and displays the compassion that sexual health so needs.
A graduate in criminology and with extensive training in prevention and intervention in addictive behaviours / therapy and sexual education, she is a great asset for the organisation, coordinating new plans and strategies to bring the general population closer to Sexual Health.

Dra. Joycelyna Beltrán Heras
A doctor specialising in Microbiology and Parasitology. With a professional interest in the field of STIs, Joyce joined the Open House medical team in 2022. Her professional background, combined with her training at Open House, gives her a broad vision of our patients' needs. Her patience, human touch and intelligence are evident in her medical consultations.
Joyce is responsible for the supervision and management of all laboratory activities and regulatory compliance. Her work contributes to maintaining the highest quality standards at Open House.
She has a degree in Medicine and specialises in Microbiology and Parasitology and her membership number is 464621063.
Asier Andrés
His meticulous attention to preparing and maintaining essential equipment and instruments for sampling and testing ensures that patients visiting our sexual health clinic feel secure and at ease.
With extensive experience in clinical analysis and ongoing professional development, Asier conducts precise, multidisciplinary work, providing patients with tailored guidance and embodying our commitment to open dialogue and clinical professionalism, free from prejudice.

Leticia Bautista
Leticia is a clinical and biomedical laboratory technician by training. She joined the Open House Madrid team in 2021. Her restless mind, her desire to learn and develop new skills, added to her work experience, add great value to the company. As the person in charge of the daily operation of the laboratory, she meticulously manages the materials, evaluating the possible risks and avoiding them, as well as carrying out all the hygiene and disinfection measures, giving rise to a safe environment where the patient can feel comfortable.
Leticia, in coordination with the medical team, is in charge of analysing the samples that will be used to determine the patient's state of health, offering close and clinically accurate care, whilst maintaining a friendly and non-judgemental approach.

Cristina, a graduate in tourism, with more than 8 years of experience in the reception of Open House Madrid, provides the patient with the personalised attention they require.
